Farewell, little house. We will keep an eye on you!
This is just a quick note, because we celebrate all wins here at Hermit Haus Redevelopment. We closed on the house on Houston St. in Cameron, Texas today. We didn’t do too much to it, and now another family has the chance to fix it up and enjoy it!
Since you can practically see the house from our Cameron offices, we will enjoy watching the renovation as it progresses(assuming there is one).
This was another successful partnership with our friends at Andress & 3, so don’t forget the option of teaming up with your investor friends if you want to get a property and need some cash to do it.
