The renovation of the Meadow Arbor 1 house came out so well that we decided to list the house for $135,000. We are very happy with how it came out! Here’s a direct link to the listing. If you know anyone interested in a nice little house in Universal City, Texas (San Antonio area), please give us a call, or contact our listing agent, Alba at (210) 931-1314!
Looking at our before and after photos, it’s amazing how much changed in just a few weeks. We are very proud of this one, and of how well our Austin and San Antonio teams worked together to get all the decisions made quickly and within our budget. That’s how it’s supposed to work, folks! We welcome your feedback on the house! Please post in the comments.
The Final Touches
It’s been a busy week or two for this house. It kept raining off and on, so it was hard to paint the exterior, but it happened. As soon as our general contractor Frank’s team finished with the exterior painting, Carol and Alba, who is local to the house, came over and did some light staging and took photos for the listing. After looking at Alba’s photos below, I’m sure you’ll agree that the house came out much better!
We love the red trim and the shiny floors. The neutral walls are ready for new owners to make their own. The kitchen and bathroom no longer leak nor are they falling apart. They’re refreshed and ready for a new family.
The highlight of the house, though, is the fireplace, which Frank painted himself, with many trips up and down a ladder. We think it was worth it! It is quite a feature now, with the gray and white contrasting with the walls.
PS: You notice we now call this the Meadow Arbor 1 house? That’s because there will soon be a Meadow Arbor 2!
