The Taylor project is moving along quickly, now that Anita has been helping our contractor out with a lot of the work. She has spent at least a week turning an outbuilding into something that has rental potential. We have a before picture!

Anita and her team are diligently painting all the walls white inside the house, have installed a new upstairs bathroom, and are about to put in the final touch, carpet in the bedrooms. The house looks totally different, and we can’t wait to share photos of the interior (as soon as all the construction stuff is gone). Hoping for this week.

And lookee here, Russell has made a slideshow preview for the house. Maybe someone will see that we’re creating a clean slate for further renovations on this very cool house:
