Russell and Sue Ann met when they worked together at a technical training consulting company. They soon became good friends and wanted to get the rest of their families together on a social level. Very soon, the four friends found they had business goals in common, as well.

Lee and Carol worked together on various individual deals for years and often talked of formalizing their partnership. In 2015, that’s just what they did. Together with Russell and Sue Ann, they formed Hermit Haus Redevelopment, LLC to grow their business together while maintaining their individual family businesses.
