Hi friends! Lee and I have been in Houston for the past few days, at one of those FortuneBuilders Boot Camps we have been attending since before we formed our business. Why do we do these things? Why do we attend classes we already took? Good questions, all, so let me explain.

Why We Go
A simple answer to why we go to these events is that we paid a lot of money to join this educational group, and we want to get our money’s worth. But, there’s more to it than that.
First, it’s important to always keep learning about any business that you are in. I also go to conferences about my technical writing career! Things change, new technologies are available, and there are always new tips and tricks.
In fact, we just finished the Rental Property Intensive course, which we took earlier on, as well. Now it is a two-day class, and there was a LOT more information on determining a property’s suitability as a passive income property, evaluating locations to buy property in, and lots more. They told us in the class that they are soon expanding it to three days, so I guess we’ll head to one of these next year!
