We’ve talked before about how success—however you define it—sometimes requires you to step out of your comfort zone. By definition, your comfort zone is a place where you feel comfortable and relatively stress free. But improvement requires change, and change involves stress. Without stress—without stepping out of your comfort zone—you can’t direct change and, therefore, improvement or success.
Not all those changes, those steps outside your comfort zone, have to be huge. Some can be tentative. Some can be small. Some can even be silly—whatever it takes to get you used to the idea of change. Continue readingHermann says please like and share!
